Attention:

Illinois EPA has instructed us to have on file the water pipe material you have coming through your foundation into your house. This could be PVC, copper, black iron, galvanized steel, etc. We need visual proof of this material through a picture. This can be emailed to millcreekwater@comcast.net or printed and mailed or dropped off to our office. Thank you!
